Happy to welcome in the Aude region and the Minervois wine area to discover our pleasant and tasty Minervois wines. Our holiday cottages on self catering and guest houses are only at 15 km from Carcassonne - Aude. Villatade is ideally situated for those who are looking for authenticity and typical landscape of Aude region : hills in flat slopes, vineyards, fields of olive trees, shelters in dry stones and some cypress.

The property covers 127 hectares of pine shrubs, scrublands and vines, and has a sweeping view over the Minervois plains all the way to the foothills of the Pyrenees: a stunning Mediterranean landscape with softly slopes, fields of grapevines, olive groves, cyprus. The house, embraced by rolling hills, enjoys evening concerts of crickets and cicadas. More than an ordinary swimming pool a beautiful pond was used for irrigation on the 18 th century. Sophie and Denis restored it for pleasure of swimming in 26 meter of natural water.
